Beth Jones in Grade 4 discussing the triggers of stress.
This year we have been incorporating more mindfulness and reflection in our Lower School community especially during our weekly assemblies. To deepen our experience, mindfulness practitioner Beth Jones joined Sarah Spinello in their classrooms, where students and teachers reflected on the importance of slowing down, listening to their bodies, and being present in the moment. Beth has been a collaborator with our Upper School and will continue to provide guidance and feedback to our Lower School community.
